How it works

  1. Connect your devices

Sleep, pulse, and fitness data arrive from WHOOP, Oura, or Apple Health.

A plain silver ring in a small ceramic dish beside a phone lying face down on a bedside table.
  2. Track how you feel

Check in with a few simple questions every day.

A woman at a kitchen table in the morning, one hand on her coffee and one on her phone.
  3. Track your cycle

Your cycle, tracked alongside everything else.

A basal thermometer on a nightstand beside a phone and a glass of water.
  4. Upload your labs

Photo or PDF, from any lab, any year. Each value lands beside the range your lab printed. No labs yet is fine too.

Two hands holding a phone up to photograph a printed lab report on a wooden table.
  5. Scan what you eat and use

Foods, drinks, and products, checked for what matters to your thyroid.

Over time you see how you’re actually feeling, and take steps to support your thyroid.

Take this to your appointment

Educational, not medical advice.

You keep saying it. Nobody writes it down.

  • Tired no matter how much I sleep.
  • I lose the word in the middle of the sentence.
  • I’m cold when everyone else is fine.

And the answer, again: your labs are normal, it’s just stress.

Up to 60%

of thyroid issues go undiagnosed.

You’re not imagining it, and you haven’t failed at fixing it. The story was just never written down in one place. That is what Osmi is for.

From women managing a thyroid condition

“Three doctors told me my labs were fine. This is the first thing that actually explained what I was feeling.”

Rachel, 44
Three women talking over tea at a warm kitchen table by a bright window.

“The scanner changed how I shop. Half my healthy pantry wasn’t healthy for me, and now I know what to reach for instead.”

Dana, 38

“With Hashimoto’s, I had stopped trusting my own body. Osmi connected my sleep, my cycle, and my food in a way no appointment ever has.”

Megan, 41

“I stopped guessing. My mornings finally feel like mine again.”

Meredith, 52

“I felt heard for the first time in years. I didn’t expect that from an app.”

Casey, 36

“Finally one place for my labs, my cycle, and how I actually feel, instead of five apps that don’t talk to each other.”

Sofia, 28

“I stopped feeling like I was making it up. It’s all written down now.”

Frequently asked questions

Is this another symptom journal?

No. A journal holds one kind of note. Osmi holds the whole picture: your blood tests against their printed ranges, your daily answers, your cycle, your sleep, and your product scans, together on one timeline. The parts finally explain each other.

My labs came back normal. Is Osmi still for me?

Osmi was built for exactly this moment. Normal on paper while you feel exhausted, foggy, and cold is the most common story we hear. Whether it’s Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, or a thyroid that simply feels off, Osmi starts from how you actually feel, and your daily read grows from there.

Will Osmi diagnose what’s going on?

No. Osmi never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes, and it will never ask you to change medication. It helps you see patterns in how you feel and what you scan, and gives you natural, daily things to try. Bring your patterns to your next appointment if you like. They make good evidence.

Do I need an Oura, a WHOOP, or an Apple Watch?

No. Osmi works from your check-ins and your scans on its own. If you do wear one, syncing it makes your daily read sharper, because sleep and temperature tell Osmi things you shouldn’t have to type.

How is this different from Yuka or a clean-eating app?

Those apps grade the product and give everyone the same number. Osmi reads the product against you: your symptoms, your scan history, your cycle, your sleep. The answer changes because your body does.

When does Osmi launch?

Soon. Waitlist members get in first.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your scans, cycle, and wearable data exist to build your reads, nothing else. Never sold, never used for ads, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.
